WHERE ARE YOU BASED? AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Canberra, Australia but we love to travel!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
The delivery timeframe will depend on the package you choose. For events and portraits sessions, our turnaround time is about 2-4 weeks from the photoshoot session.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE WE NEED TO KNOW?
Your images will be completely unique depending on your selected location, the weather and the lighting (the location of the sun in different seasons). Your images may be lighter, darker, softer or more contrasted depending on these elements, which is part of the fun of outdoor photography. We will edit your images accordingly to bring out the best of your session!
WE DON’T LIKE POSING AND ARE BOTH A LITTLE AWKWARD?
That is perfectly normal! No one is used to having a professional camera pointing at us all the time. We will talk you through it and make you feel as comfortable as we can. We have a few tricks up our sleeves make sure you are feeling confident; we will give you prompts and play around to let it naturally unfold from there. Forget about the cameras and remember the love you have for each other.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS FROM YOU?
We will deliver an online gallery to you which allows you to download your high resolution images from the internet. When you access your photos, please wait for them to load correctly, and make sure you download them to several devices/hard drives to avoid disappointment if you were to lose them before your gallery expires.
